Duties
Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established recipes and standards
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders efficiently and accurately
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and cleaning protocols
Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure timely order completion and customer satisfaction
Assist with upselling menu items to enhance sales opportunities and improve the customer experience
Qualifications
Prior food service experience or restaurant background is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Strong understanding of food preparation, food handling, and sanitation practices in the food industry
Basic math skills for cash handling, order totaling, and change calculation
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus but training will be provided
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper kitchen hygiene practices
