Personal Assistant – Hybrid

We are looking for a polished, professional, and Personal Assistant to work closely with management in a hybrid position.

This role is best suited for someone with a calm personality, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a naturally warm and qualified presence.

Calm and pleasant communication style
Comfortable following management direction and established procedures
Able to complete tasks without unnecessary resistance or overcomplicating straightforward requests
Valuable judgment and knows when to ask questions and when to take action
Organized, reliable, flexible, and solution-oriented
Comfortable assisting with sales, communication, coordination, and general business tasks
Able to work independently without requiring constant supervision
Comfortable working sometimes from home and sometimes from the office
Arabic or Persian speaking is a strong advantage but not mandatory .
