Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently, including processing payments and giving correct change
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, ensuring compliance with food handling and safety standards
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their experience,

Experience
Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar transaction platforms
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy periods
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling, and responsible alcohol service regulations
Basic math skills for cashiering, calculating bills, tips, and managing cash transactions accurately
Experience in hospitality environments that require multitasking, quick thinking, and effective communication
