We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and enthusiastic Bartender to join our fast-paced restaurant team. The ideal candidate is passionate about mixology, provides excellent customer service, and can efficiently prepare and serve beverages while maintaining a clean and organized bar.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including margaritas, cocktails, beers, and specialty drinks.
Follow established recipes to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation.
Provide friendly, professional, and attentive customer service.
Take accurate drink orders using the POS system.
Recommend and upsell cocktails, premium spirits, and other beverages.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area.
Monitor bar inventory, restock supplies, and communicate shortages.
Prepare garnishes, fresh juices, and other ingredients needed for daily bar operations.
Verify customers' identification and comply with British Columbia liquor service regulations.
Handle multiple drink orders efficiently during busy periods.
Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.




Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking the bar.

Requirements:
Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar.
Knowledge of classic cocktails, margaritas, tequila, mezcal, and other spirits.
Bilingual: Spanish & English.
Valid Serving It Right certification (British Columbia).
Flexible availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and skilled attitude.
