Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding hospitality, ensuring that each patron feels welcomed and well-cared for. Your ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a quick-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests promptly in a friendly and professional manner, providing menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences
Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service areas.
Process payments efficiently through cashiering procedures while handling cash responsibly.

Qualifications




Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
Strong math skills for handling transactions and managing bills accurately.
Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques to ensure safety standards are met.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the dining area.

Pay: From $17.95 per hour
