Building Patrol Guard -

SSG Nexus Security Group Ltd is looking to bring on current Security Guards to work at our company. We are currently looking to fill some part time positions in Mississauga, Ontario.
Shifts: (5 pm - 10 pm) & (8 am - 10 pm )
Removing people who are loitering
Providing outstanding, personalized service to members of the public and building tenants/ residents.
Patrolling inside and outside as required in the post orders
Ability to operate security equipment/systems, computers, radios, phones.
Ensure that the Facility’s Safety and Emergency Procedures are followed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site Emergencies
Follow Post Orders for each site posted
Demonstrate judgment, common sense and decision-making ability, particularly when required to take charge and direct others in emergencies or other incidents
Meticulous Record Keeping,



Report Writing, Observation skills
Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The Ideal Candidate: *Essential Employment Requirements: Valid Provincial Security Guard license
Customer Service Experience Required
Valid First Aid and CPR
Must be comfortable doing Foot Patrols while on shift.
Must be comfortable writing reports and dealing with emergency situations.
Minimum High school education/equivalence

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
Mississauga, ON L4X 1L5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
