We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our energetic food service team. Duties
Operate dishwashing machines and manual cleaning stations to efficiently clean all kitchenware, utensils, and cookware
Sort and organize dishes, glasses, silverware, and kitchen equipment for proper cleaning and storage
Follow strict sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Assist with basic food handling tasks as needed, including prep work or assisting in the kitchen during busy periods
Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and surrounding surfaces
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes for food preparation and service
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
Experience
Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
Familiarity with restaurant or hotel dishwashing procedures is a plus
Basic knowledge of food handling and safety standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
Solid attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting kitchen operations
