Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Basement Waterproofing Contractor to join our agile construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and executing waterproofing solutions to protect basements from moisture intrusion and water damage. Your expertise will help ensure the structural integrity and longevity of residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities
Inspect basement areas to identify water intrusion issues and assess the scope of waterproofing needs
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, repairing cracks, and applying primers to ensure optimal adhesion of waterproofing materials
Install waterproof membranes, sealants, drainage systems, sump pumps, and other related components with precision
Read blueprints and schematics to accurately follow project specifications and technical drawings
Utilize hand tools such as drills, trowels, caulking guns, and saws to complete waterproofing tasks efficiently
Perform restoration work including drywall installation, painting, tile laying, flooring installation, and carpentry as needed for project completion




Collaborate with team members on plumbing and welding tasks related to drainage systems and sump pump setups

Qualifications
Proven construction experience with a focus on waterproofing or related trades such as carpentry or restoration
Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Knowledge of drywall installation, caulking techniques, flooring, tile laying, and painting processes
Familiarity with plumbing systems and welding basics is a plus
Solid attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $200.00-$3,000.00 per hour
