This is a full time in-office role for an Architectural Designer. In your architectural designer role, you will be responsible for:
Site measure and drafting of existing residential floor plans using AutoCAD
Implementing markups (redlines) from the structural engineer to produce structural residential permit drawings
Preparation of residential building permit application forms
Attending residential construction sites to take general notes, measurements, photos, etc.
Site report preparation
Office administrative tasks such as taking/making phone calls, filing, organizing etc.
General assistance to the structural engineer
Must have a valid Ontario Drivers License and access to your own vehicle to travel to and from job sites

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $35,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
