Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our energetic restaurant team! As a Server, you will be the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm, excellent customer service skills, and ability to manage multiple tables will ensure each guest feels welcomed and well cared for. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales prospects
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, food handling, and service stations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and timely service
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing exceptional guest services




Follow food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards in all aspects of food service

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant settings, with a strong understanding of the food industry
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks during busy periods
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations in hospitality settings
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing procedures
Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction
Kitchen experience or food preparation knowledge is a plus but not required
Effective communication skills to interact seamlessly with guests and team members

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 44.0 per week
