About the Job

You'll support our Lead Hands and Site Supervisors on projects as a labourer and/or apprentice. You'll learn from experienced people every day and build your skills on real commercial jobs. As you prove yourself, you'll be trusted to take on tasks on your own.

What You'll Do
Take tasks from Lead Hands and Site Supervisors
Work with the crew to get tasks done on time
Do demo and rebuild work
Work on your own once you're competent at a task
Have your work checked by your Lead Hand or Supervisor to make sure it's done right
Learn to read and use blueprints on site
Ask questions and keep learning
Keep the site clean and safe





What You Need
Some knowledge of basic demo and rebuild work
Willingness to learn and take direction
Working toward, or interested in starting, an apprenticeship
Basic hand tools, plus tin snips, lineman's pliers, a small chalk line and a speed/combination square
Reliable, hardworking and shows up on time

Pay: CA$18.00 – CA$26.00 per hour
