Palermo Pub is looking for a reliable, experienced, and motivated Part time Prep Cook / Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

We are a busy neighbourhood pub that takes pride in serving great food in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and complete daily food preparation.
Cook and plate menu items consistently to our quality standards.
Handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
Follow proper food safety procedures.
Assist with kitchen opening and closing duties.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications
1–2 years of kitchen experience preferred.
Experience in a pub or casual dining restaurant is an asset.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Availability for evenings and weekends.
Food Handler Certification is an asset.
