About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Agile Coach with extensive experience guiding enterprise teams and leaders through Agile transformation within the Banking/Finance sector. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of Agile coaching experience, strong leadership presence, and the ability to influence at all levels — from delivery teams to senior executives.

Key Responsibilities
Coach multiple teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders on Agile mindset and practices
Drive Agile transformation initiatives across departments and programs
Conduct Agile maturity assessments and create actionable improvement roadmaps
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership coaching
Guide teams in adopting Scrum, Kanban, Protected, or hybrid Agile models
Partner with enterprise stakeholders to align Agile practices with regulatory and compliance needs




Improve delivery predictability, team performance, and value flow
Promote a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience as an Agile Coach in enterprise environments
Strong background in Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services
Proven experience coaching teams, leaders, and executives
Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Protected, Lean
Experience leading Agile transformation at scale
Solid facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
