Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all rooms meet cleanliness standards before guest check-in.
Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by disinfecting fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all areas are hygienic.
Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them promptly.
Follow established procedures for waste disposal and linen handling to promote environmental sustainability.




Assist with deep cleaning projects such as carpet shampooing or window washing as scheduled or needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover and uphold the hotel’s reputation for excellence.

Skills
Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
Solid knowledge of cleaning techniques, including industrial cleaning methods suited for large-scale facilities.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced setting.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
Familiarity with safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use.
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided to motivated candidates.
