We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food service industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals. As a Line Cook you will play a vital role in meal preparation, our growing catering division and ensure that all food is prepared safely and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus.
Assist Chef in ordering, inventory, menu creation, shift lead.
Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients.
Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Follow proper sanitation procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements
1+ years experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is required.




Must be Canadian/permanent resident, based in the Bow Valley.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight customers.
