GoldCare Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Clinic is a up-to-date, multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic in Vaughan/Woodbridge. We are currently seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing team in a professional, patient-focused clinical environment.

This position is ideal for an RMT looking for flexible hours, competitive split-based compensation, and long-term growth within a collaborative physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality massage therapy treatments based on patient assessment and clinical findings
Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation
Educate patients on treatment plans, home care, and injury prevention
Collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to support patient outcomes
Maintain CMTO standards, ethical practice, and clinic policies

Qualifications
Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
Solid hands-on skills and clinical reasoning
Qualified,



reliable, and patient-centred approach
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
New graduates welcome; experienced RMTs encouraged to apply

Split-based compensation (equivalent to approximately $40–$90 per hour) depending on bookings and experience
Part-time, permanent position
Versatile schedule with evening and weekend availability preferred
