This is a 1.0 FTE position to work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.

The position is .50 FTE Financial Assistant and .50 FTE Secretary.

Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications: Financial training and experience (Sage, Rycor, Atrieve) Experience with Power

School, PASI Experience with Excel, Word, Google Docs Ability to meet deadlines Comfort in a quick paced,



multi-tasking setting Excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and establish priorities Enjoy working with children and the public Conduct themselves in a professional and caring manner Experience working with the public and in an educational setting would be anasset.

This position will begin immediately or by mutual consent.

This individual needs to be positive, versatile and able to work closely with other staff.
