Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized care including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Respond promptly to call bells/alarms
Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
Operate mechanical aides safely for resident transport
Assist with nutrition and dining participation

Requirements:
Graduate from a recognized Care Aide Program
Active registration with the BC Care Aide Registry
Previous experience in long-term care
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Must pass a vulnerable sector Criminal Record Check.
