As a member of the patient care team, this role requires the HCA to work under the guidance of Registered Nurses. You will provide direct patient care, assisting with activities ranging from monitoring patient status to supporting various personal care tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Provide constant observation and support to patients
Assist in patient transfers, positioning, and ambulation
Document patient care and report findings to nursing staff
Help with personal care including bathing and toileting
Participate in educational activities and staff meetings

Requirements:
Experience in pediatric or patient care settings preferred
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of patient safety protocols
Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
