Our transportation client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (10+ years) to define and align end-to-end requirements using API integrations and loyalty partner integration processes Join a loyalty partner integration program supporting guest-facing digital initiatives within a consumer transportation workplace.

This role focuses on defining, documenting, and aligning business, functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for external partner integrations across web and mobile touchpoints.

The position works closely with external partners and internal technical teams to ensure requirements are ready for technical delivery.

Contract, Calgary, Hybrid, Working Hours: MST Must Haves 8+ years in Business Analysis for complex guest-facing initiatives Experience writing business requirements , functional, and non-functional requirements end-to-end Experience facilitating discovery workshops and requirement sessions with external partners and technical teams Solid knowledge of API integrations , backend systems,



and digital front-end web and mobile requirements Nice to Have Understanding of loyalty program mechanics including points earn, redemption, conversion, and account linking Experience with West

Jet Rewards or similar airline loyalty programs Knowledge of West

Jet digital ecosystem including DPS, DPA, MA, AEM, Gravty, and APIM Responsibilities Define end-to-end business, functional, and non-functional requirements for loyalty partner integrations Document technical requirements for partnership features including account linking, unlinking, and earn capabilities Facilitate discovery workshops and requirement sessions with external partners and internal technical teams Align integration requirements across web, mobile, and backend touchpoints Produce Business Requirements Documents covering all features in scope for partnership initiatives Obtain sign-off on requirements documentation from internal stakeholders and external partners
