Embedded within Egis’s land development process is a thorough assessment of natural features on each site.





Our meticulous plans are designed to minimize environmental impacts while ensuring the sustainable development of your project.

Key Responsibilities: Design and drafting of engineering/construction drawings for various land development, municipal engineering and/or major interdisciplinary projects.

Developing drawings, plans, profiles, and models in a 3D format.

Experience with Civil3D surfaces, pipe networks and pressure pipe networks is considered a solid asset.

Producing design spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.

Producing written reports for development projects.

Enhancing data charts and tables for presentation.

Interpreting and implementing standards from regulatory bodies, approving agencies and project stakeholders.

Maintaining positive client relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Leading and providing mentorship to other designers.

Keeping up to date on the latest design tools and aids in CAD/civil 3D in consultation with our team of
