Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and energetic Hairdresser to join our agile team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional hair styling services, provide outstanding customer care, and contribute to creating a welcoming salon workplace. Your passion for hairdressing and ability to communicate effectively will help ensure our clients leave feeling confident and satisfied.

Responsibilities
Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, highlights, extensions, and updos with precision and creativity
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles and treatments
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment
Engage in upselling retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue




Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively, communicating clearly, and ensuring clients feel valued
Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and processing payments
Stay informed on current trends and techniques to continually improve skills and service offerings

Experience
Proven experience as a professional Hairdresser or Stylist in a busy salon environment
Strong knowledge of hair styling techniques, coloring processes, and sanitation protocols
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
Experience in retail sales and upselling is preferred but not required
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced setting

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
