Required Experience Hands-on experience in fibre or telecommunications construction, ideally in Alberta, with a solid understanding of field activities and terminology Confident with locate processes and submitting and managing requests through Utility Safety Partners Familiarity with construction drawings, document control, and permitting processes Comfortable coordinating directly with field personnel and operations Technical Skills Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy Experience maintaining trackers, databases, and reporting tools Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, and Trimble Construction One is considered an asset Core Competencies Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail Clear, skilled communicator with contractors, municipalities, landowners, and internal teams Keeps things moving without being chased and wants to grow their career with the company Self-starter who takes initiative and works well with a high degree of autonomy Alberta-based experience and a robust understanding of how projects get done here Comfortable in a growing company where processes are still evolving,
