About Us

TechSystems Solutions Inc. is a GTA-based network cabling company providing structured cabling, wireless access point replacements and data closet cleanups for enterprise clients. We're growing and looking for skilled, reliable technicians to join our team.

Responsibilities
Pull, terminate, test and label copper network cabling (Cat5e/Cat6/Cat6A)
Terminate on field BIX, pigtail BIX, patch panels and jacks, and complete cross connects
Install fiber optic cabling
Remove and replace wireless access points
Clean up data closets: remove abandoned cable, re-dress patching and organize racks
Install J-hooks, cable tray, conduit and raceway
Work from floor plans and work orders
Keep work areas clean and secure

Requirements
Registered corporation with valid liability insurance




Current ladder safety certification
2+ years of structured cabling experience
Previous experience working on construction sites
Your own tools, including a cable tester, wire strippers, cutters, crimper, punch-down tool, fish tape, drywall saw and stud finder
Your own PPE, including hard hat and steel-toe boots
Willing to travel to job sites across the GTA and Hamilton
Clean criminal record

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
