We are an established residential roofing company serving Metro Vancouver since 2010. We have a steady pipeline of residential re-roofs throughout the year. We're looking for reliable, experienced roofing crews to grow with us over the long term.

What We Offer
Consistent work of 5 - 10 roofs per month per crew, scheduled in advance

The Work
Full tear-off and replacement of residential roofs, mainly asphalt shingle
Some jobs may include cedar shake removal, low-slope or torch-on sections, and skylight or flashing work
Many of these roofs will have solar panels installed afterward, so solid decking, proper nailing, and clean flashing are essential
Photo documentation at key stages (deck, underlayment, flashing, completion)
Clean, secure job sites,



with respect for homeowners and their property

Requirements
Minimum [3] years of experience running residential re-roof jobs
Active WorkSafeBC registration in valuable standing (clearance letter required)
Commercial general liability insurance of at least $[2M/5M]
Registered business with a GST number
Fall protection training for all crew members, plus a written fall protection plan
Your own tools, equipment, and transportation
Crew able to complete minimum 4 roofs per month
References from recent contractors or homeowners

Nice to Have
Manufacturer certification (IKO, GAF, CertainTeed, or similar)
Experience with roofs going under solar installations
Red Seal or ITA roofing certification on your crew
Experience across the Lower Mainland, including the North Shore and Fraser Valley

How to Apply

Send us your company name, crew size, years in business, where you are based, and the areas you cover. Photos of recent roofs are a big plus. Qualified crews will be invited to meet with us, have a recent job reviewed, and complete a paid trial roof.

Pay: $1,000.00-$2,000.00 per day
