Seneca is seeking a part-time professor for the Winter term. Your role will focus on hands-on learning in Natural Language Processing and artificial intelligence. You will utilize your industry experience to foster an engaging educational workplace, guiding students through project-based instruction and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging instruction using experiential teaching methods
Facilitate projects using current AI and NLP technologies
Provide mentorship for students to enhance their success
Evaluate student progress and assess learning outcomes
Cultivate a team-oriented and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Requirements:
Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field
PhD preferred; P. Eng. designation is a strong asset
Real-world experience in NLP, machine learning, or AI
Teaching experience in related subjects preferred
Skills in Python, AI frameworks, and prompt engineering
