Sienna Senior Living is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the Retirement and Long-Term Care divisions across multiple sites in Ontario. You’ll lead HR initiatives for acquisitions, redevelopments, onboarding, and integrating current teams while shaping HR programs and processes.

You will partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive change, manage risks, and ensure a positive team member experience and compliance with employment laws.
