Job Summary

We’re looking for a motivated Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our kitchen crew. This role is essential for keeping our kitchen running smoothly and ensuring that food preparation and cleaning standards are met. Duties
Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and portioning supplies.
Support the kitchen team during meal service by preparing ingredients and ensuring stations are stocked.
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene and safety compliance.
Help with maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen,



including sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage areas.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying supervisors of shortages or issues.
Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively with colleagues and adhering to safety protocols.

Skills
Experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is a plus but not required; a willingness to learn is key.
Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling practices.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced setting.
Strong attention to detail when cleaning and assisting with food prep tasks.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Basic understanding of kitchen safety regulations and sanitation standards.

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
