Key Responsibilities:
Design enterprise-scale routing engines for real-time interactions
Implement intelligent routing algorithms based on multiple criteria

Design APIs for routing configuration and integration

Requirements:
8+ years in software engineering with distributed applications
Expert in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures
Experience with contact center routing logic and ACD concepts
Familiar with PostgreSQL and transactional design
Solid communication skills for technical documentation
