As a Dev Ops Manager, you will be instrumental in owning deployment success and supporting product teams. Collaborating with Dev Ops Specialists, you will set technical standards and continuously enhance operational practices. Your leadership will play a crucial role in managing enterprise tooling and driving incident response programs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage build and deployment processes across all products
Define merge/branching/release standards for teams
Oversee operations of Git Lab, Sonar Qube, and Jenkins
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members
Drive the enterprise incident response program and processes
Requirements:
5+ years of Dev Ops or related experience
Experience with Git Lab, Sonar Qube, and CI/CD practices
Solid communication and cross-team influence skills
Prior matrixed management experience preferred
College diploma or University degree in relevant fields
