Modash is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the North America team from our Toronto office in a hybrid setup. You will own the NA AE team (6 today) and drive revenue through coaching, pipeline reviews, and active deal support. You will collaborate with Marketing and Success to ensure a smooth customer journey for all clients. You will manage a remote team across 5–10+ reps, building momentum and maintaining high performance.
