As the Lead Supervisor, you will play a vital role in the execution of CPX projects, collaborating closely with the Construction Manager. Your expertise in wind turbine installation, including conducting Mechanical Walkdowns and managing Turbine Commissioning Crews, will be essential. Mentor and develop your team while overseeing site activities from the first component to project completion.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily site execution activities • Collaborate with the Construction Manager • Plan technicians' daily work schedules • Manage site activities from delivery to handover • Mentor and train site personnel effectively

Requirements: • Technician III level or comparable experience • Knowledge of Vestas turbine installation • Experience performing Mechanical Walkdowns • Background in running a Turbine Commissioning Crew • Proficiency in SAP and Procore software
