This position involves janitorial duties and maintenance of the facility, including plumbing and electrical upkeep. You will also support new staff and maintain a safe setting in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform sweeping, washing, and waxing of floors
• Handle garbage disposal and manage recycling containers
• Monitor and maintain all building equipment
• Conduct repairs, including plumbing and landscaping tasks

Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 with two years of relevant experience
• Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certification
