The Core Area Wastewater Operations team seeks a skilled Team Lead at McLoughlin Point. This full time position demands strong supervisory abilities and expertise in wastewater treatment processes. You will oversee daily operations, assist in maintenance protocols, and guide staff in a cooperative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily operations and maintenance of the plant
• Oversee distribution of work orders and maintenance data
• Provide guidance to operational and maintenance teams
• Conduct treatment analysis to meet regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate operational records and inventory
Requirements:
• Diploma in a related field
• Minimum 7 years' experience in wastewater operations
• At least 2 years' supervisory experience
• BC Environmental Operators Certification Level 3
• Valid BC Driver's Licence
