Role:
Responsible for courteous pick‑up and delivery of packages on an assigned route, ensuring compliance with service standards and providing excellent customer service.

Key Duties

Efficiently operate vehicles, plan routes, and securely load packages.

Accurately inspect, label, and report on packages and shipments.

Operate computerized tracking and dispatch systems.

Answer customer inquiries about services and ensure delivery accuracy.

Maintain a qualified appearance and represent the company positively.

Support additional tasks such as loading/unloading aircraft or containers as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license with a positive driving record.

Customer service experience preferred.





Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with equipment.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and follow safety regulations.

Bilingualism (English and French) required.

Successful completion of driver assessments and adherence to safety standards.

Additional Requirements
Must work a minimum of four shifts per month, demonstrate professionalism, and maintain certifications. The role involves working in a fast‑paced setting with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
