In this key position, you will develop recruitment strategies under the guidance of the Human Resources Manager. Your work will center on promoting cultural values and inclusion in all recruitment practices while raising awareness of employment and educational pathways.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
Engage with Indigenous communities and stakeholders
Increase awareness of career and educational prospects
Provide culturally relevant guidance and support
Ensure alignment of practices with Indigenous values
Requirements:
Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 3 years experience with Indigenous communities
Familiarity with recruitment and HR systems, preferably ADP
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Ability to pass a criminal records check
