Halifax Water is seeking two Term, Customer Care Representatives to join the Corporate Services team. The CCRs will handle billing inquiries, payments and service requests, maintaining data accuracy and delivering prompt, qualified service.
Responsibilities include responding to customers by phone, email, or in person; processing payments; scheduling and coordinating service requests; and supporting cash office duties while upholding confidentiality and service standards.
