Lead digital commerce innovation as the E-commerce Director at Hire Hawk, working remotely. Youll oversee all aspects of the Shopify platform to drive revenue and optimize customer journeys.
In this full time role, youll have a pivotal impact on building the e-commerce function from the ground up. Your expertise in site management, conversion rate optimization, and customer experience will be crucial. Collaborate closely with the Founder to establish strategies and execute hands-on improvements to the site.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Shopify storefront for revenue growth and customer satisfaction
Audit and enhance site; create prioritized improvement roadmaps
Implement continuous CRO enhancements on product pages and checkout
Establish reliable analytics for informed decision-making
Optimize site merchandising and promotional experiences for customers
Requirements:
5+ years of e-commerce performance ownership
Hands-on Shopify management experience
Proven track record in conversion rate optimization
Robust skills in e-commerce analytics and KPI validation
Successful cross-functional collaboration experience
