As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will report to the Maintenance Superintendent, guiding a skilled team dedicated to high operational standards. You will liaise with various departments to align systems with site needs and enhance overall performance.
Key Responsibilities: • Supervise the Fixed & E&I; technicians in office • Develop audit systems for site infrastructure • Ensure compliance with scheduled maintenance tasks • Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve issues • Communicate key updates to management
Requirements: • Journeyman Red Seal certification is essential • Minimum of 5 years in mining maintenance supervision • Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office • In-depth knowledge of Electrical Code • Strong leadership and communication skills
