Randstad Canada is seeking a seasoned skilled to review loan and deal documentation, identify collateral filings, and extract data for tracking and reporting. This hybrid Toronto role requires onsite presence Tue–Thu with remote flexibility on other days.
The contract is 3 months with extension potential; solid Excel skills and attention to detail are essential, plus experience in a legal workplace and PPSA/UCC familiarity.
