YWCA Toronto is seeking a part time Career Counselor to run Career Decision Making and Career Exploration workshops, assess eligibility for the BJO program, and guide clients in job search strategies. You will also help clients prepare resumes and interview materials, and coordinate workshops with community partners.
The role requires knowledge of the local labour market, robust facilitation and communication skills, and experience with digital tools.
