Diagnose network and device issues at customer locations.
Coordinate with software teams for cross-layer issue resolution.
Maintain service quality documentation and incident reporting.

Comfort operating in quick-paced in office support environments.
Solid communication with customer and internal teams.
Willingness to travel within assigned support zones.
