Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Mine Operation crews to meet production objectives

and truck functions for cost efficiency
• Mentor employees to improve performance and protected practices
• Collaborate on mining activities with engineers and shift supervisors

Requirements:
• Open Pit Shift Boss certificate required
• Minimum three years in an open pit mining setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite®
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License or equivalent
