Carter’s | OshKosh is seeking a Senior Site Merchandising Specialist to optimize the online shopping experience and support growth across digital channels. You’ll lead bottom-of-funnel initiatives, manage key platforms, and work cross-functionally to improve site performance from a customer perspective.

You’ll collaborate with international teams, mentor junior staff, and drive training on current features. A degree and 3–5 years ecommerce preferred.
