Easterseals PORT Health is looking for passionate Direct Support Professionals to provide in-home and community support. This role includes assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and employment support, with various shifts available Monday through Friday. Applicants will receive paid training and are expected to document care accurately in the electronic health system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily care in home and community settings
• Assist with housekeeping, cooking, and personal hygiene




• Transport clients to appointments and activities
• Plan and organize client schedules thoughtfully
• Document client progress in health records system
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Entry-level experience with training provided
