In this Designer position, you will lead the design of outside plant (OSP) elements for telecommunication networks, collaborating closely with the engineering team. You’ll utilize AutoCAD and other tools to develop constructible GPON network designs, ensuring safety and quality control in construction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design fiber optic and copper OSP networks for various projects
• Collaborate on power route designs and one-line schematics
• Manage infrastructure changes and existing network growth




• Perform quality control and conduct field checks
• Create system designs, BOMs, and construction quotes

Requirements:
• College or Technical Diploma in relevant field
• 3+ years in OSP telecommunications, proficient in AutoCAD
• Experience with MS Office, Google Earth, Bluebeam, and Adobe
• Robust planning and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret construction documents
