Position: Door Production Technician (Assembly / Fabrication) Location: Winnipeg, MB Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour(Pending on experience) Staffmax is currently hiring a Door Production Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Winnipeg.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on individual who enjoys working in a production environment and takes pride in producing high-quality finished products.

This role involves the fabrication and assembly of custom door systems, requiring attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities Cut and prepare materials for door assembly using saws and other shop equipment Operate CNC machinery and process materials for fabrication Assemble custom door units according to specifications and quality standards Read and interpret measurements, drawings, and production specifications Inspect completed products to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, organized,



and safe work area Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and maintain production flow Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards Qualifications Comfortable working with hand tools and equipment in a manufacturing or shop environment Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with measurements Pride in producing quality workmanship Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Experience operating CNC equipment is considered an asset Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, millwork, door and window production, construction, or a related industry is an asset Strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety What We Offer Competitive pay: $20.00 per hour Full time opportunity Stable and growing work environment Training and development opportunities Supportive team-oriented workplace This role is essential to maintaining high-quality production standards within the manufacturing facility.
