Role: QE with CC Tools & Amazon Connect Work Model: Hybrid.
Work Location: Toronto, ON Salary Range: $110,000 – $120,000 Contact Center Automation Engineer Key Skills & Responsibilities: Solid expertise in Quality Engineering (QE) and testing for Contact Center platforms .
Hands-on experience with IVR and routing automation using tools such as Cyara, Hammer , or similar.
Experience with test automation across UI and APIs using Selenium, Postman, Karate , or similar tools.
Experience with Agent Desktop automation and testing .
Solid knowledge of Core Java .
Ability to provide technical leadership for maintenance releases, enhancements, and ongoing production/support activities.
Familiarity with Git/Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, IntelliJ, Eclipse , and similar development/testing tools.
Experience working in a structured, scaled Agile workplace .
Strong knowledge of AWS and Amazon Connect is a plus.
French-speaking candidates with strong testing capabilities are preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
