Our client, a designer and manufacturer of cutting-edge HVAC solutions, is looking for a Production Supervisor on the day or evening shift.

Oversee the manufacturing process, ensure that goods produced meet quality assurance requirements and ensure on-time delivery; Provide technical expertise to support and optimize the manufacturing process using the LEAN manufacturing system; Review technical specifications, help develop instructions for current work procedures and manage their impact on manufacturing methods; Facilitate problem-solving and collaboration; Support team members through onboarding; Keep management updated on project progress and obstacles; Ensure the health and safety of the team.

Requirements: Diploma in Engineering; At least 4 years of pertinent experience in the manufacturing industry; At least 3 years of experience as a production supervisor; Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting; Asset: Work experience in the HVAC industry or in the manufacture of electromechanical products; Computer skills (MS Office, etc.); Bilingual (clients outside of Quebec).

Schedule: Evening: 3pm to 11:30pm, day: 7am to 3:30pm.
