Collage is seeking a reliable Plant Operator to join our seed processing and production teams at our southern Alberta facilities (Fincastle and Grassy Lake). This hands-on role supports day-to-day operations, including receiving, storing and shipping seed and grain, plus general facility maintenance in a safety-conscious workplace.

You should enjoy physical work, have mechanical aptitude, work well in a small team, and take pride in doing the job right.
